An experienced Project Manager with over 30 years’ operational experience in the fresh produce industry. I have led and managed operations across different functions including packaging, production, engineering and equipment procurement . This gives me an insight that enables me to truly appreciate and understand the business and team requirements.  Motivated by adding value through measurement, development and improvement. I am commercially aware with good communication and negotiation skills. Experienced in managing projects from concept to handover. I am adaptive to different working environments.
